A fusion of styles

In 2003 we began an adventure that today, moved by the desire of creating an artisan cuisine, has led us to be a restaurant of reference in the city of Cala Millor, in Mallorca, the Balearic Islands. Located right in the pedestrian walkway at 30 Sol Street, of a colonial style, with arches of natural stone and furniture in tune with the environment, it is a restaurant with style and a great personality because it reflects a space of rest, well-being and relaxation, but above all it enables us the pleasure of enjoying an exquisite cuisine.

It is a family restaurant, managed and led by its owners, Jorge and Mariela, who accompanied by a great staff of professionals with a great human quality, acquired and gained experience in the hotel and catering sectors.

At present our cuisine has managed to merge a Spanish Mediterranean style and the traditional Argentine cuisine, with meats such as entrecote, beef sirloin tournedó, tomahawk or Neapolitan Milanese, with excellence in meat quality, roasted with special sauces in grills prepared for that purpose.

We speak of artisan fusion because our pasta dishes such as chef noodles, homemade paellas, Rossini cannelloni and pizzas are not less important, all of them made by our team of cooks, who every day dedicate their knowledge and our experience to prepare dishes with a great quality, flavour and texture, but above all, they carry out their work with great enthusiasm knowing that every day we perfect ourselves.
